Official Figures from 125th Spring Canton Fair

Double Decrease

At the 125^th Spring Canton Fair,195454 overseas buyers from 213 countries and areas attended this fair. It has decreased by 3.88%,compared with the same period in 2018 year (123th Spring Fair).

Accumulated export turnover reached 29.73billion Dollars. It has decreased by 1.1%,compared with the same period in 2018 year. 

One Belt,One Road

88009 overseas buyers from the countries along "One Belt,One Road" attended this fair, 45.03% of all people,an increase by 0.5%  than last year.

64 countries along "One Belt,One Road" realize the trade turnover 10.63billion Dollars, an increase by 9.9%  than last year. It has accounted for 35.8% of the total turnover.

The number of ASEAN buyers has grown by 4.79%, specially Thailand,Malaysia,Vietnam,Singapore and Cambodia have a large growth,increased by 10.75%, 9.08%, 23.71% ,4.4% and 8.83% respectively. 

New Purchasers Growth

82375 new purchasers attend the fair, 42.15% of total oversea buyers. 52.68% of all the new purchasers come from the countries along “One Belt,One Road”.

Advantage Products

Mechanical and Electrical products export trade turnover have kept on the top, 16.03billion Dollars, 53.9% of total turnovers.

Besides, more than 30% products have been upgraded on the fair,involving high-technology products,high value-added products,green and low-carbon products.
